In the context of this sub-project, the thermal-hydraulic models developed in sub-project 4.2 are expanded by adding the chemical process simulation.

Afterward, the resulting dynamic models are used to make predictions about the interactions between the injected CO2, and impurities in the CO2 flow caused by the separation process. and the mineral phases contained in the Stuttgart Formation. Corresponding estimates are then made for various time scales. In particular, long-term estimates play an important role here.
