The drilling activities at the Ketzin pilot site aim at cores from about 600 to 650 meters depth, which have been in contact with the injected CO2 for four years. The characterization of these rocks will allow for an evaluation of the results from previous laboratory experiments and give additional information about the current status of the cap rock and the storage reservoir.
