The drill-site construction at the Ketzin pilot site has been completed. Today, as part of the CO2MAN research project, drilling began for a 440 meter-deep observation well. This well will be drilled into the groundwater reservoir above the cap rock of the CO2 storage formation, and will be used for monitoring pressure and geochemical levels in the future.
