In order to measure possible ground movement (lifting/sinking), corner reflectors have been installed at Ketzin. These reflect back the signal from the German TerraSAR-X satellite, which allows for precise measurement. The data is evaluated at the GFZ German Research Centre for Geosciences in Potsdam.
