Ketzin receives further funding from BMBF

The pilot site Ketzin receives further funding from the Federal Ministry of Education and Research (BMBF) in order to continue the research work within the CO2MAN project for two more years. Since September 2010, CO2MAN succeeds the EU-funded CO2SINK project. Scientific partners of the CO2MAN project include the GFZ in Potsdam, the universities of Leipzig, Stuttgart, Jena, Erlangen-Nürnberg and the UFZ Leipzig. Total BMBF funding for the three years period of the CO2MAN project is 10.5 million Euros; additionally Ketzin receives funding from industry partners.
